A revitalized buy-local movement
Over the last 18 months, we’ve seen just how much Quebecers care about their local merchants. Merchants have been supported by an unprecedented buy-local campaign thanks in part to Panier Bleu.
Now that repeated lockdowns are behind us (at least, we hope!), it’s the perfect time of year to finally be able to gather together and enjoy this season of giving and receiving once again. To keep this buy-local movement going strong, Le Panier Bleu enlisted Prospek, which launched Ma cabane à la maison last spring, to create a 2021 holiday campaign featuring products from local merchants.

A playful campaign that reminds us to support our local economy this Christmas
This campaign is, in essence, a rallying cry: this year, Christmas will be blue. To liven things up, we created a wacky world where zany characters drawn by talented illustrator Cécile Gariépy proudly show off the products from local merchants they got for Christmas. We’re betting that you’re looking for the perfect “blue” gift to treat those you hold dear!

One single promo code for hundreds of "blue" products sold online
To simplify the consumer experience, we created a single code for all participating merchants. There’s no need to remember multiple codes. Is the product on a “blue” wish list? Consumers can save up to 30% on the merchant’s website when they use the promo code JACHETEBLEU.
