Mingus develops software to simplify management and boost profits, performance and client relationships in the hotel industry. The company wanted to promote its reputation and position Mingus as a seasoned leader closely attuned to changes and improvements in its domain. Ever in the shadow of Hotello, its highly efficient and successful feature product, the company needed to raise the notoriety of the Mingus brand and improve the presentation of its other products. The number of different goals for visibility, branding, site traffic and client loyalty added to the complexity of the communications mandate. We approached this mandate with uniformity and accessibility as our objectives and thus elaborated a dynamic action plan that would reflect the vision of the company's creators.
Prospek started by uniting the company's overall brand and its three products under a single image and spirit; we then created a new logo, website and animations, developed internal tracking tools to better evaluate the current sales cycle, guided their team through the process of creating online content, generated sales channels on the Web, promoted the two lesser-known products and launched the new version of Hotello... And every aspect of working with and for Mingus was a pleasure! This mandate was strategic, as well as creative and technological, integrated and optimized to improve the experience across the board. All to boost the influence of one united brand.
« My plan for creating a new visual identity for Mingus was to highlight the brand's unique personality, rather than replicate what's already being done in the industry. A bold approach that made designing each piece a real pleasure! »

« When you launch a mandate for a company that develops software for hotel management, you assume that you'll be working with geeks. Today I can firmly state, I was working with artists! »
