As a boutique agency in Montreal, we always love to see what our peers are capable of achieving. During one of our Whiteboard sessions, the spotlight was turned on the Montreal-based company Off/Script, which has truly figured out how to innovate. The company has developed an AI to boost the creation of designs by its community, composed of ordinary people.
How does it work?Off/Script is an application that, similar to Tinder, allows users to vote on whether they like the products they see or not. The concepts shown to them are entirely imagined by community members and visualized by their artificial intelligence. Indeed, Off/Script developed its own image creation software after training it extensively.
Once a concept is well appreciated by the community, Off/Script then handles the production and logistics of the design, which can subsequently be sold on their site. The community creator also receives a portion of the profit from the sale of their creation.
