La Fédération des Agricultrices du Québec (AQ), the only women’s farm organization in Quebec, and a member of Quebec’s Union des producteurs agricoles, has chosen Prospek to develop a national communications campaign to recognize and promote the role of women in this sector.
Empowering women in agriculture
“On this International Women’s Day, we would like to celebrate women’s contribution to agriculture and forestry. To promote progress in the profession and a better future, recognizing and celebrating the role of women in their agricultural endeavours is fundamental now and for the next generations. The AQ has worked for over 35 years as a network dedicated to developing the full potential of women farmers. We accompany female agricultural entrepreneurs in their desire to play a part in local union bodies and promoting their profession.
