This insurance brokerage insisted on getting rid of the antiquated and outdated image often associated with the insurance world. To this end, the group’s owner, a dynamic businesswoman who is active in her community, wanted a site that would reflect the values she holds dear: protecting family and heritage, prosperity, medical support in case of need, as well as philanthropic dedication.Solutions
Drawing from the owner’s sensibility, we chose the image of the bonsai, a tree requiring daily care that can live for centuries if properly cared for. This is how important customers were for Mike Bacal, the founding father of this family business. We also chose to shoot video accounts of real clients to corroborate the sincerity of this commitment. The only thing left was to emphasize the group’s business approach, which is to try and understand the financial wants and worries of their clients, in order to offer them a tailor-made service.Results
